Too Hot To Handle is officially back, and this time the plot hopefully stays intact. Viewers are ready for their next fan-favorite Chloe or on-and-off couples like Harry and Francesca.

The singles were shocked with a fake host and similarly crazy twists. Lana is keeping these online influencers in check, especially the ones who can't stop looking at themselves in the glittering waters of the Turks and Caicos.

Episode Premiere

British stripper Nathan made New Yorker Melinda "drool" right off the bat, as he became the first guy to enter the island getaway. The two of them, along with Emily and Carly, got ready for an assumed sexy summer.

Lana counted down hours until the sex ban, and fans were eating up the contestants. Even the ones who felt the need to label themselves as "alpha males." If you're an alpha, do you need to announce that you're one? Food for thought.

The internet is already picking their main characters, and Melina is reigning as queen. One fan posted via Twitter, "It’s the way you can tell production knows that Melinda is the STAR this season & is getting ALL of the footage & confessionals. I love that for her."

Another fan said that the guys should fall for Melinda more than they are in the first cluster of released episodes, "So all the guys say that Melinda is hot, she has the best personality in the villa, etc. but only Marvin is really the only one stepping to her."

Enter Marvin. The Parisian dancer isn't rubbing everyone the right way. He's being labeled as toxic off the bat for playing with Melinda's feelings and still hoping to keep his options open.

The hot and bothered guests of the villa called dibs off the bat, Cam initially going for Emily but claiming he'll settle for the "second best-looking one." Ick, major ick. As last season played out, Cam and Emily ended up hitting it off with a kiss and intimate tension.

The Party Shock Factor

The first episode ended with a costume party. Everyone was there, from a human rhino to Aquaman. Clothing made a minimal appearance and an odd introduction game entered the chat.

Peter offered up a game suggestion that each person would stand in front of the group, and whoever was attracted to them would make their own mating call. Meow!

Like, if someone was dressed up as a lion they'd roar to make their presence known. It didn't sound too cringy until Peter bit Emily's bare buttcheek. It took a turn for the ultra awkward, considering he crawled on all fours before taking a bit out of her tail feathers.

Fans, however, see Peter in a different light than we do. They're head over heels fo this humor and TikTok moves. One fan wrote, "Peter from New York looking real cute and sounding like Tom Holland’s Peter Parker." 

They're finding him adorable and hope he'll get his own chance with Melinda, but that drama goes down after Episode 1. Lana has a lot of work in front of her, especially in the love triangle department.

Hint At Episode 2

We left the contestants in tears at the end of the first episode of Season 2. Literally. The thought of not taking part in the hanky panky sent the group into panic. They already made it known who they want to "heavy pet" and $100,000 doesn't seem to sweeten the deal.

Kayla sounded like one of the only logical people on the show. She wants that grand prize, and isn't about to let impulsive temptation get in her way of what that money could do for her life.

Cam already doesn't "give too much of a sh*t about rules." Cuddle and snuggles are fair game under the reign of Lana, but nothing further. He and Emily are annoying the audience for risking everyone else's chance at the money.

The guys are strategizing to justify their own behaviors, kisses and all. Cam, again, doesn't take the game seriously. Hopefully his own disinterest in the point of the intimacy master class doesn't ruin everyone else's chances to grow.

Last season, people who either didn't want to learn from Lana's process or completely disrespected the rules got booted. Cam's mouth-to-mouth action with Emily is a rocky start.

As for Peter, he's hoping to edge Marvin out of the picture for his own chance with Melinda. Fans want him to shoot his shot, and take a moment of courage to show Melinda what he can offer. He's focused on connection, rather than playing the field. We'll report back about how this menage á mess works out.
